Survey support

Schools get back a comprehensive package of support, comprising:

HRA scores [Health Risk Appraisal]

How it works:
Each pupil fills in on the questionnaire a private 4-character code (for example, part of a relative's 'phone number or an old car number plate). Later, the printout below is returned to the school and the pupil can learn their scores for each dimension and the overall score.

Nota Bene:
This printout is sent back to schools with a substantial booklet explaining how the scores are derived, and how they can be used constructively in the classroom.

     H1 to H4 are measured on a scale of 0-25 so TOTAL is out of 100
 
     H1 is a measure of how much exercise is taken.
     H2 is a measure of general attitude to health.
     H3 is a measure of the quality of the diet.
     H4 deducts points from 25 for smoking, for more than moderate drinking
        and for trying other drugs.
This service is provided free to pupils in participating primary and secondary schools.
