Anna McConachie - Data Preparation Manager

Anna has probably worked for the Unit longer than anyone, initially as a puncher*, and currently works alongside Jim Podbery to conduct the formidable range of tasks required to run the Data Preparation side of the Unit's work (the 'Engine Room').

Anna also maintains our library and journal records.
* Punching: typing numbers into the computer (from the days when punch cards were used)
